Commission Express grants a 30 day grace period on all transactions

in which time frame there are no additional fees or charges. So, the price we have quoted here is essentially good for close of escrow plus 30 days.

Each transaction is considered upon its own merits

(and prevailing market conditions), so Commission Express does not impose a maximum or minimum advance limit - we've advanced less than $500 and more than $50,000. We'll also allow you to take advances on more than one transaction at the same time.

You can assign all or a portion of your commission and you can also take multiple advances on the same transaction. As our fees are determined by how long the advance is outstanding you can minimize the cost of your advance by drawing only the amount that you need when you actually need the money.
